1. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our photography services, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your photos.
We will assess the situation and, if applicable, issue a refund based on the circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of approval.

2. Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled photography session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
Sessions canceled within this time frame will not incur any cancellation fees.
Sessions canceled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to find a new, suitable date and time for your session at no extra cost.

4. Damaged or Lost Photos: In the unlikely event that your photos are damaged or lost during delivery, please notify us immediately.
